Agoya is happy to announce that Tineke Vanden Meerschaut, one of the founders, will officially take on the role of managing director. She left Colruyt Group to fully dedicate herself to guiding Agoya into its next chapter.
Tineke started her career in IT recruiting, followed by a role as an HR consultant, which led her to a position as an HR Business Partner at HEMA and Colruyt Group. At Colruyt, in The position of HR Business Partner, she supported multiple divisions, including the department in charge of the Xtra App, Colruyt’s client portal. These past experiences will bring added value to both our internal operations and our clients.
Looking at last year’s growth (doubling in revenue, clients, and the number of consultants) as well as the opening of our own delivery hubs in Morocco and Greece, we’ve concluded that growing the business further while delivering projects to our clients has become unmanageable for Martijn alone.
“I’m excited and look forward to this new challenge,” says Tineke. “This company has so much potential, not only from a commercial perspective but also in its ability to support, grow and give back to the communities where we have established our delivery hubs.”
With Tineke at the helm, we will continue to deliver high-quality innovation to our clients through our unique approach, combining local expertise with global talent. This leadership change will allow Martijn to focus fully on ensuring quality delivery for our clients and further developing the talent in our delivery hubs.
